Turn “my clients keep asking about AI” into a service line you can sell this week
Answer 5 questions about a client. Get a branded, sellable AI Automation Opportunity Report, ready to present in your next QBR. No engineering work required.
From “no idea what to pitch” to a QBR-ready deck
This isn’t another dashboard reporting on tickets you already closed. It’s a sales tool for the AI service line you haven’t sold yet.
- Describe the client. Industry, team size, the tools they run, and the two or three things that annoy them most.
- Get 6–8 concrete opportunities. What gets automated, how to build it, hours saved, and what to charge.
- Bring it to the QBR. Every opportunity ships with a one-line pitch you can say out loud in the room.
An actual report, unedited
AI Automation Opportunity Report: Meridian Dental Group
Healthcare / medical practice · 16–30 employees · prepared for the Q3 business review
Patient Intake Form Checker
Scans submitted intake forms against required fields and flags what’s missing before it reaches the front desk.
Your build: 16–28 hrs — depends on how many form types are in scope
At the $42/hr entered, the low end (8 hrs) frees about $336/mo. Even if only half lands, that is $168/mo.
They could instead buy: generic document-AI tools exist, but none know this practice’s checklist — you’re charging for encoding their actual intake requirements
“Catch the missing insurance field before the appointment — not while the patient is standing at reception.”
AI Ticket Triage & Auto-Response
Categorises incoming support tickets and drafts first-response replies for the questions that answer themselves.
“This drafts the reply before your tech even opens the ticket.”
Automated Weekly Ops Summary
Pulls numbers from the tools the practice already runs and writes a plain-English Monday summary for the practice manager.
“Your practice manager burns half a day every Monday building this by hand.”

Questions MSPs actually ask
Do I need to sign a contract?
No. Every paid plan is month-to-month — email hello@servicepitch.co and we’ll cancel it the same working day, no questions. Paying yearly just locks in the 20% discount.
Will this replace my PSA or ticketing tool?
No, and it’s not trying to. ServicePitch is a bolt-on sales tool for pitching a new AI service line. It doesn’t touch tickets, billing, or your existing stack.
How accurate are the price and hours-saved estimates?
They’re AI-generated starting points based on what you tell it about the client, meant to give you a number to open the conversation with. Adjust them to match your own labor costs before you quote a client.
Can I use my own logo and branding on reports?
That’s the Agency plan. Free and Pro reports carry a small ServicePitch badge at the bottom; Agency removes it and puts your logo and colors on instead, so what you hand a client looks like your deliverable.
What happens if I go over my Free plan’s 3 reports a month?
Nothing breaks. You’ll see a prompt to upgrade to Pro for unlimited reports; your existing report stays available either way.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, through Paddle’s secure checkout. Paddle is our payment provider and handles sales tax and VAT for your country, so your invoice is already compliant. We never see or store your card details.
